To have such little slippers in your collection, you need to connect two simple identical parts. The pieces are connected across and should be in a mirror reflection, so it's better to choose a pattern that looks the same from both sides, to avoid too much hassle with mirror knitting...

As seen in the photo, the slippers are adorned with a scalloped edge.

Actually, they are not lacy, but rather a simple stitch pattern. However, if you knit with this stitch, you'll achieve a truly double-sided pattern.

The main fabric of the piece is knitted in garter stitch.

Calculating your knitting gauge is not difficult; you just need to not be lazy about it.

The length of the piece is the length of the foot multiplied by 2. Moreover, without knitting to the end of the piece by about 3-4 centimeters, I think, you need to close a third of the stitches, and knit the rest in garter stitch, but without scallops, so that the height of this "extension" is equal to the size of the segment of closed stitches...

A small knitted "extension" in garter stitch and without scallops serves as a sort of slope for the sole and part of the toe of the slipper...

When the piece is knitted, it needs to be folded in the following way and sew the slope.

Then we fold the piece and sew the side seam and the seam on the foot.

Now, just turn the construction inside out and secure the overlap of the scallops with buttons or beads.
