Calculations are given for size 36-37

Yarn 420 m/100 g; Needles 2.5 mm
Knitting gauge — 3 stitches per 1 cm. Weight of socks 56 g.

Cast on 60 stitches + 1 stitch for joining in the round.

Knit the cuff in 1x1 rib (twisted knit stitches); the first stitch must be knit to ensure a smooth transition from rib to pattern — 10 rows.

Then 3 pattern repeats according to the chart and a reinforced heel.

The heel wall — 30 rows, then I knit the "heel cup"; most often I use a sock heel (stitch distribution 10-10-10).

After the heel, I shape the instep gusset. To do this, I pick up 15 stitches from the gaps between the edge stitches of the heel wall, plus 1 from the stitch of the previous row (to avoid a hole). Total 16 stitches for the gusset. I start decreases from the third round. The decrease rhythm — every other round.

Next I knit the toe up to the start of the toe shaping, and then the toe itself (about 4 cm).
