Description for photo 1, for photo 3 only the chart.
Top part of the sock:
Using a sewing needle and thread thread 33 beads onto a thread from one skein of yarn and push them away from the end. Using the cast-on method, cast on 66 stitches. Divide the work into 4 parts and distribute them on the needles as follows: 16 stitches on the first and third needles, 17 stitches on the second and fourth needles. Place a marker at the beginning of the row and join stitches in a circle, ensuring they are not twisted. Knit 7 rows with knit stitches. For the fold line, knit 1 row of purl stitches. Knit another 3 rows of knit stitches.
Next Row (with beads): knit with knit stitches, threading beads as follows: Form: *move bead to the needle, 1 knit stitch and pass the bead through the previous stitch (creating a new stitch), 1 knit stitch without bead; repeat from * to end of row.
Next Row: *1 knit stitch over the back loop, 1 knit, repeat from * to end of row. Knit 2 rows with knit stitches.
Fold the work in half along the fold using purl stitches. Gradually pulling out the waste yarn, *hook the first stitch of the cast-on edge and place it on the left needle, then knit 2 stitches together in the knitwise direction (the cast-on edge stitch with the next stitch of the current row): repeat from * to end of row = 66 stitches.
Calf:
Redistribute stitches evenly on three needles. Knit 2 times from row 1 to 28 of the lace chart pattern (Lace chart)
Beginning of the heel:
Distribute the work again on 4 needles and knit the heel as follows: Next Row: 1st needle - 21 knit stitches; 2nd needle - 1 purl, 16 stitches of the first row of the lace chart; 3rd needle - knit the following 17 stitches of row 1 according to the chart; 4th needle: 11 knit stitches, then 6 knit stitches from the 1st needle to the 4th needle and place the start-of-row marker - resulting in 16 stitches on needles 1 and 4 and 17 stitches on needles 2 and 3. Knit another 7 rows in the established pattern sequence.
Heel:
For the heel, work 4th needle knit stitches of the 1st needle – on needle 32 stitches. The heel is worked in straight and reverse rows and formed with short rows on these 32 stitches. The remaining stitches should be set aside and reintroduced later, when the foot arch is being shaped.
Back part of the heel:
Short row 1 (ws row): slip the first stitch, not worked, with a wrap (SSN), 31 purl stitches, turn the work. Short row 2: SSN, then knit to the SSN of the previous row, turn the work. Short row 3: SSN then purl to the SSN of the previous row, turn the work. Repeat short rows 2 and 3 another 9 times, then knit row 2 once more, but do not turn—there should remain 11 SSN stitches on each side of the heel and 10 ordinary stitches in the center.
Next Row: knit to the end of the heel stitches, knitting SSN as one stitch; 2nd and 3rd needles: 1 purl, then stitches of the 9th row of the chart; Heel stitches: knit to the end of the row, knitting SSN as one stitch.
Knit one more round in the pattern.
Bottom part of the heel:
Knit in rounds with knit and purl stitches using short rows as follows: Short row 1 (knit row): knit stitches to the last 10 stitches, turn. Short row 2: SSN, 11 purl, turn.
Short row 3: SSN, knit stitches to the SSN of the previous row, knit the SSN as one knit stitch, 1 knit, turn.
Short row 4: SSN, purl stitches to the SSN of the previous row, knit the SSN as 1 purl stitch, 1 purl, turn.
repeat short rows 3 and 4 another 9 times.
Next Row: SSN 15 knit stitches (to the end of the round) - the first and last heel stitches should be SSN
Foot:
Knit in rounds on all needles as follows: the remaining SSN stitches knit as 1 stitch in the first row: needles 1 and 4 (sole): knit stitches; needles 2 and 3 (arch of the foot): 1 purl, then follow the chart. Knit in the given order until foot length reaches 18.5 (19.5, 21) cm from the back part of the heel, finishing on an even row of the chart.
Toe:
Next Row (Toe Start) 1st and 4th needles: knit stitches, 2nd needle: 1 knit, 2 stitches together knitwise with a left-leaning, knit stitches to the end; 3rd needle: knit stitches to the last 3 stitches, 2 stitches together knitwise, 1 knit - remains 64 stitches.
Next Row (decreases) 1st and 3rd needles: knit stitches to the last 3 stitches, 2 stitches together knitwise, 1 knit, 2nd and 4th needles: 1 knit, 2 stitches together knitwise with a left-leaning, knit stitches to the end - decreases of 4 stitches. Repeat the decrease row once more in the next 4th row, then 2 times in every 3rd row, 3 times in every 2nd row, then 7 times in every row - leaving 8 stitches.
Finish of work:
Cut the yarn, leaving a tail 20.5 cm long. Thread the tail through a blunt-ended needle, pull the yarn through the remaining stitches and tighten. Hide the remaining yarn on the wrong side.
< left-leaning knit
slip 1 knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over
2 stitches knit with a left-leaning decrease (slip one stitch as knitwise, knit the next stitch and pass the slipped stitch over)
