Top with knitting needles

For those who have difficulty seeing the text:

Front\Back: Cast on 18 stitches, distribute on needles and knit according to chart A. Knit 14 rows with needles #3.25, 12 rows with needles #3.5, and finish the remaining rows with needles #4. Then knit the sleeves and side inserts as shown in the picture.
For the sleeves, make decreases on one side in every 2nd row 26 times by 1 stitch, and on the other side after 26 rows decrease in every 2nd row 13 times by 2 stitches. And 1 time by 3 stitches. Close the remaining 3 stitches.
For the side inserts, make decreases on one side in every 2nd row 12 times by 1 stitch, and on the other side in every 2nd row 1 time by 4 stitches, * 3 times by 3 stitches, 1 time by 4 stitches *, repeat from * to * 3 times. Close the remaining 3 stitches.

For the lower hem, cast on 96 stitches along the bottom edge with needles #3 and knit in 1/1 rib for 8cm (32 rows). Close all stitches.

For the shoulder inserts, cast on 50 stitches on each side with needles #3.5 and knit according to chart B for 22 rows. Connect with the back.

Cuff:
Cast on 78 stitches with needles #3 distributing as follows: 27 stitches for the sleeve, 12 stitches for the shoulder insert, 27 stitches for the sleeve. Knit in 1/1 rib for 2 cm (8 rows). Close all stitches.

Neckline:
Knit 1 row of single crochet. Distributing the stitches: 44 single crochets on the back, 12 single crochets on the shoulder insert, 44 single crochets in front, 12 single crochets on the shoulder insert. In 2nd row knit in «crab stitch».
