A wide seamless placket transitioning into a shawl collar is worked in horizontal ribbing (alternating two rows of knits and two rows of purls). Most likely, when knitting the placket you will need to add short rows, otherwise it will pull in.

The pattern for the front, back, and the patch pocket is the regular honeycomb stitch, the repeat is 8 stitches and 16 rows (first chart), the 4-stitch cable notation is standard.

The sleeves are knitted in a large-scale scale-like pattern. I studied the sleeves for a long time; it seems that on the right side this scale pattern is formed by knit stitches. But such a pattern only appears against a background of purl stitches, so perhaps the photo is just blurry.

The second chart is for knitting the scale; on the chart there are knit and purl rows (for circular knitting). The repeat is 14 stitches (plus one stitch for symmetry) and 18 rows.

To prevent holes on the sleeves, the yarn-overs can be worked as crossed stitches.
