At the beginning of the pattern, the number of stitches is a multiple of 22 + 17 + 2 edge. 
Knit according to the diagram. It shows the right side rows. In the wrong side rows, knit all stitches according to the pattern, knit knit crossed and yarn overs as purl. 
Start with 1 edge and the stitches before the repeat, repeat the repeat continuously, finish with the stitches after the repeat and 1 edge.
Rows 1–20 are repeated continuously.
