SKIRT THAT COMBINES SIMPLICITY AND ELEGANCE

This model is knitted from top to bottom.

Cast on 240 chain stitches, knit the 1st row with single crochets and the 2nd row with double crochets.

Continue knitting with a mesh pattern (see diagram No. 1). The number of arches made of chain stitches in the row is 48. Then knit back and forth for 11 rows, and then knit the skirt in the round. At this point, from the start of the circular rows, make 10 rows of arches made of 8 chain stitches, then another 10 rows of 9 chain stitches, the next 6 rows with arches made of 10 chain stitches, and the last 5 rows of mesh with arches made of 11 chain stitches. Then knit a border of pineapples according to diagram No. 2.

Knit a chain of the desired length for the side cut – it will be a lace for the slit. Thread it through and lace up the opening. In the upper part of the skirt between the holes of the double crochet stitches, thread a narrow elastic band. Cut a lining in the shape of a rectangle of the required size, sew it into the side seam. Attach the lining to the inside of the skirt or make it as a slip skirt, tucking it at the top edge and inserting an elastic band there.
