I really enjoyed crocheting flowers in Tunisian technique. The inspiration came after viewing the works of Ksenia Nikolaeva. I had never crocheted in Tunisian technique before, I tried it, and it turned out to be not difficult.

I will briefly describe the process of crocheting the pink flower:
The base of the petal circle is crocheted in a spiral with single crochet stitches: 6-12-18-24-30. Each of the 5 petals is crocheted on six base stitches.
There are no gaps between the petals. For a petal, chain 8; crochet a row of 8 Tunisian stitches (pull the edge stitch from the first base stitch); a short row of 4 Tunisian stitches; crochet two rows of 8 Tunisian stitches (pull the edge stitches from the second base stitch); a short row of 4 Tunisian stitches; a row of 8 Tunisian stitches (pull the edge stitch from the third base stitch), and so on; close the row with slip stitches. The finished flower is edged with a crab stitch.
The orange flower is edged with simple single crochet stitches but with wire. Therefore, we can shape the petals as we wish.
By changing the centers, we change the appearance of the brooch.
