Flowers made using the "Tunisian knitting" technique do not lose their shape and do not stretch. The flower and leaves can be made on a wire frame, which allows them to hold the desired shape perfectly.
A little description:
The petals are knitted as one piece: first a round of simple Tunisian stitches (6 - 12 - 18 - 24 - 30), then the petals on a chain of 13 slip stitches using Tunisian rows (between two complete rows - one short row of 6 stitches).
And there are three petal circles - identical. In each circle - 5 petals, with 10 stitches for each petal. I did not leave gaps between the petals. For those unfamiliar with Tunisian technique, I have included pictures. They clearly show how the petals are knitted using Tunisian crochet.
