Shrug-bolero with a very beautiful pattern.

Size of the bolero: 42-44 (European size: 36-38)
You will need 250 g of yarn (100% mercerized cotton, 100 g/400 m).
Hook No. 2.


Main pattern: diagram 10.1.

Tip: before starting, knit a sample of the pattern according to diagram 10.1 and calculate the necessary number of repeats according to the pattern.

Knitting density: 30 sts x 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Execution
Knit in one piece from bottom to top.

Cast on 216 chain sts and knit in the main pattern (= 9 repeats). At a height of 9 cm from the beginning (= 1 repeat in height), decrease by 1 repeat on both sides according to diagram 10.2 (= 7 repeats). Knit straight for 9 cm (= 1 repeat in height) and then increase by 1 repeat on both sides according to diagram 10.3. Continue knitting straight and finish the work after 9 cm.

Assembly: perform side seams, connecting segments a-a and b-b accordingly. Crochet the edge of the bolero according to diagram 10.4. Crochet the armholes according to diagram 10.5.
