You will need: yarn "Anna 16" (100% mercerized cotton, 530 m/100 g) - 400 g of white color, hook #2.
Main patterns: lace pattern - knit according to chart 1. The number of ch. st. is a multiple of 13 + 2 + 9 + 3 ch. st. for rise. Repeat from rows 1 to 2; edging for sleeves and bottom of the top - knit according to edging chart 1 in round rows; for the cape - knit according to edging chart 2 in round rows; rose - knit according to chart 2. The rose consists of 3 tiers. Arrows indicate where to make sc.
Knitting density: 36 st. x 14 rows = 10 x 10 cm knitted in lace pattern. Diameter of the rose - about 6 cm.
Front: cast on 128 ch. st. + 3 ch. st. for rise and knit in lace pattern. For shaping, decrease on both sides 13 x 1 st. in each row. After 13 cm from the cast-on edge, to expand the fabric, increase on both sides in every 2nd row 13 x 1 st. At a height of 34 cm from the cast-on edge, for forming the raglan line, leave 3 cm on both sides, then decrease in each row 15 x 1 st. At a height of 47 cm from the cast-on edge, finish knitting.
Back: knit as front.
Sleeves: cast on 63 ch. st. + 3 ch. st. for rise and knit in lace pattern. Increase in every 4th row 13 x 1 st. At a height of 47 cm from the cast-on row, leave 3 cm on both sides, then decrease in each row 15 x 1 st. At a height of 60 cm from the cast-on row, finish knitting.
Cape: knit 60 roses according to chart 2. Sew two pieces of the cape from them, placing the roses according to chart 3. Connect both pieces of the cape along the side slopes.
Assembly: sew the raglan seams, side seams, and sleeve seams. Crochet the bottom of the top and sleeves according to edging chart 1. Crochet the lower edge of the cape according to edging chart 2. Sew the upper edge of the cape to the neckline.
