Ribbing
Cast on an odd number of stitches – this is the 1st row (wrong side).
2nd row (right side): 1 edge stitch, *1 purl stitch, 3 knit stitches made from 3 stitches (knit 3 stitches together as knit, without removing them from the needle, make 1 yarn over, then knit them together again as knit through the back loops, remove from the needle), repeat from *. The last stitch – edge stitch.
3rd row (wrong side): 1 edge stitch, *1 knit stitch, 1 purl stitch, repeat from *. The last stitch – edge stitch.
Knit the remaining rows according to the pattern, i.e. ribbing 1x1.

Pattern "Teeth":
1st method:
Cast on an even number of stitches, a multiple of four, plus 3 stitches, plus 2 edge stitches.
1st row (right side): 1 edge stitch, *3 purl stitches, 3 knit stitches made from one stitch (pull the working thread from under the stitch, without removing it from the needle, make 1 yarn over, then knit the knit stitch through the back loop, remove from the needle), repeat from *, 3 purl stitches. The last stitch is the edge stitch.
2nd row (wrong side): The first and last stitches are edge stitches. Knit the rest according to the pattern.
3rd row (right side): 1 edge stitch, 1 purl stitch, *1 purl stitch, 2 knit stitches together through the front loop, 1 knit stitch, 2 knit stitches together through the back loop, repeat from *, 2 purl stitches. The last stitch is the edge stitch.
4th row (wrong side): knit according to the pattern.
Continue to repeat, starting from the 1st row.

2nd method (more convenient):
Cast on an even number of stitches, a multiple of four, plus 3 stitches, plus 2 edge stitches.

Cast on 89 stitches and knit for the placket  7 cm in ribbing 1x1. For a more accurate calculation of the number of stitches needed for casting on needles, use the "Calculation Rule for the number of stitches." Knit the pattern as follows: 1 edge stitch, 15 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 17 stitches in the "Cable" pattern, 23 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 17 stitches in the "Cable" pattern, 15 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern. The last stitch is the edge stitch. It should result in 89 stitches.
After knitting 33 patterns of "Teeth" in height (67 cm from the cast-on edge), close for the armhole 1x6 stitches on both sides. Then, twice after every 3 patterns of "Teeth" in height, knit 3 stitches together on both sides of the back (knit or purl according to the pattern) at the beginning of the row after the edge stitch, at the end of the row before the edge stitch. Continue knitting without decreases for the remaining stitches. After 11 patterns of "Teeth" in height (20 cm) from the start of the armhole slopes, close all stitches, knitting together alternately 2 and 3 stitches.

Left front
Cast on 57 stitches. For a more accurate calculation of the number of stitches needed for casting on needles, use the "Calculation Rule for the number of stitches." Knit for the placket 7 cm in ribbing 1x1. When transitioning to the pattern, decrease 1 stitch and knit as follows: 1 edge stitch, 15 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern, 17 stitches in the "Cable" pattern, 11 stitches – in the "Teeth" pattern, 11 stitches knit in ribbing 1x1 for the placket along the edge of the front, 1 edge stitch.
At a height of 18 patterns of "Teeth" for the pocket flap, knit across the width of the "Cable" pattern (17 stitches) 3 rows in garter stitch (i.e., knit all knit stitches in both the right and wrong rows) and close them, knitting alternately 2 and 3 stitches together. In the next row, upon reaching the level of the closed stitches, cast on 17 stitches on the needle and continue knitting them in the "Cable" pattern.
At a height of 33 patterns of "Teeth" (67 cm from the cast-on edge), close for the armhole 6 stitches. Then, twice after every 3 patterns of "Teeth" in height, knit 3 stitches together (knit or purl - according to the pattern) at the end of the row before the edge stitch. Continue knitting without decreases for the remaining stitches.
At a height of 33 patterns of "Teeth" (67 cm from the cast-on edge), decrease for the neckline in every 4th row 6x1 stitch, knitting together 2 stitches (knit or purl - according to the pattern) before the placket.
At a height of 11 teeth in height (20 cm) from the armhole slopes, close the front, knitting together alternately 2 and 3 stitches.
Continue knitting the placket according to the pattern. Then close.
To finish the pocket, you need to knit its back wall. To do this, cast on 15 stitches on the needle along the upper edge of the pocket opening and knit in stockinette stitch (knit all knit stitches in the right row, all purl stitches in the wrong row), with the right side facing the opening. After knitting 12 cm – close.

Right front
Knit symmetrically to the left front, remembering to make buttonholes on the placket along the edge.

Sleeve

Cast on 33 stitches. Knit 7 cm in ribbing 1x1. When transitioning to the pattern, add 24 stitches. Knit the resulting 57 stitches in the "Teeth" pattern without additions.
At a height of 16 teeth (41 cm from the cast-on edge) for the armhole, close 6 stitches on both sides. Then, twice decrease on both sides by 2 stitches with an interval in height of 3 patterns of "Teeth," knitting 3 stitches together (knit or purl according to the pattern) at the beginning of the row after the edge stitch, at the end of the row before the edge stitch. Knit the remaining stitches without decreases. At a height of 11 patterns of "Teeth" (20 cm), reduce the stitches to 8 and knit,   folding the thread in half,  a cord  in stockinette stitch (knit all knit stitches in the right row, all purl stitches in the wrong row) for a length of 9 cm, then close.

Collar
Cast on 7 stitches. Knit "Teeth" for 7 patterns. Then, cast on 14 stitches along the edge on a spare needle, which are to be knitted as follows: right side — edge stitch, *1 purl stitch, 1 knit stitch, repeat from *, wrong side — all stitches knit, edge stitch. Continue knitting the pattern "Teeth" along the other edge. At a height of 22 patterns of "Teeth," close the collar. Knit the second half of the collar symmetrically.

Assembly
Sew in the sleeves (attach the front and back shoulders to the straps), complete the side seams and sleeve seams. Sew the back walls of the pockets to the inner side of the fronts. Sew the front placket to the neckline of the back. Stitch both halves of the collar and sew to the placket. Sew on the buttons.
