PARROTS CROCHET

The description has been slightly modified: 1st row - 6 stitches, 2nd row - 12 stitches, 3rd row - 18 stitches, 4th row - 14 stitches, 5th row - 30 stitches, 6th row - 36 stitches, then straight, in the last row I added 6 stitches around the neck at the back, then straight; decreases - 6 stitches, 7 stitches, 8 stitches, 9 stitches, two together, pull together. Tail: a chain of 7 stitches, in the 3rd stitch make a double crochet, in the next 4 stitches make double crochets, from the other end of the chain 5 double crochets, connect with the starting double crochet, knit in a circle for another 8 rows of double crochets, in the 10th row add 2 double crochets (total 12), 11th row - single crochet, add 3 (total 15), 12th row - 15 single crochets. Reinforced with plastic cut from a sour cream cup. A bit of synthetic padding in the base of the tail. 

There is a suggestion that if you add 3 stitches around the back, starting from the head, you will get a sloping back like in the picture, but that will be a different bird...
