Row 8 - (6 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=48)
Row 9 - (7 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=54)
Row 10 - (8 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=60)

Row 38 - 30 sc
You can stuff the head tightly with filler.
Row 39 - (4 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=36)
Row 40 - 36 sc
Row 41 - (5 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=42)
Row 42 - 42 sc
Row 43 - (6 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=48)
Row 44 - 48 sc
Row 45 - (7 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=54)

Row 55 - (2 sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (=18)
Row 56 - (1 sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (=12)
Row 57 - 6 decreases (=6),
Stuff tightly with filler, pull the hole closed. (If you don’t stuff enough, the neck won’t hold the hairstyle and the head will fall).
Next, we crochet the arms (2 pcs):
Row 1 - magic ring (=6)
Row 2 - increase in each stitch (=12)
Row 3 - (1 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=18)
Rows 4-5 - 18 sc
Row 6 - 16 sc, decrease (=17)
Row 7 - 15 sc, decrease (=16)
Row 8 - 14 sc, decrease (=15)
Row 9 - 13 sc, decrease (=14)
Row 10 - 12 sc, decrease (=13)
Rows 11-16 - 13 sc
Row 17 - 11 sc, decrease (=12)
Rows 18-30 - 12 sc
Row 31 - decrease 6 times (=6)
Stuff and pull the hole closed. Now for the legs (2 pcs):
Row 1 - magic ring (=6)
Row 2 - increase in each stitch (=12)
Row 3 - (1 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=18)
Row 4 - (2 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=24)
Row 5 - (3 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=30)
Row 6 - (4 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=36)
Rows 7-9 - 36 sc
Row 10 - 12 sc (decrease, 1 sc) repeat 4 times, 12 sc (=32)
Row 11 - 32 sc
Row 12 - 11 sc (decrease, 1 sc) repeat 3 times, 12 sc (=29)
Row 13 - 29 sc
Row 14 - 8 sc, decrease (decrease, 1 sc) repeat 4 times, 8 sc (=24)
Row 15 - 24 sc
Row 16 - 8 sc (decrease, 1 sc) repeat 2 times, decrease, 8 sc (=21)
Rows 17-19 - 21 sc
Row 20 - 7 sc (decrease, 1 sc) repeat 2 times, decrease, 6 sc (=18)
Rows 21-40 - 18 sc
Row 41 - (2 sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (=18)
Row 42 - (1 sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (=12)
Row 43 - 6 decreases (=6)
Stuff with filler, pull the hole closed. Now we crochet the nose:

Row 1 - magic ring (=6)
Row 2 - 6 sc

Now we can design the face, for this I slightly pull the area for the eyes with fishing line, sew beads into the eye sockets, sew on the crocheted nose, and embroider eyelashes and a mouth. I also form the bottom and the belly button using the fishing line. To allow our arms and legs to move, we attach them using the method of thread jointing (I won’t describe it, there are many tutorials on the internet about this). Here we have a little bald girl.
Now we move on to the most labor-intensive part of the work - the hairstyle.
We crochet a wig. We take yarn in the color of the future hair, I used Jeans, more than half a skein was used, crochet hook 2.
Row 1 - magic ring (=6)
Row 2 - increase in each stitch (=12)
Row 3 - (1 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=18)
Row 4 - (2 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=24)
Row 5 - (3 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=30)
Row 6 - (4 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=36)
Row 7 - (5 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=42)
Row 8 - (6 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=48)
Row 9 - (7 sc, increase) repeat 6 times (=54)
Rows 10-18 - 54 sc,
leave a long end for attaching the wig to the head
Now we need to cut threads of the required length, considering that we will curl the hair, they will become shorter, and plus we fold the thread in half; for mine, I cut pieces of about 55 cm.
We twist each thread around a knitting needle and steam it with an iron, let it cool, then remove it and we get such spirals. We turn our wig inside out and attach each thread like fringe to our base.
I attached them at about this distance, the next row in a checkerboard pattern. This way we hang our little hairs on the entire base.
Now we turn our wig to the front side and carefully pull out one hair at a time with a hook, we do this to keep all the knots inside, so that the knot does not turn outside, we pull out hair strands from the same bunch at a distance from each other.
This is how the inside of our wig looks in the end.
We turn it inside out, put it on the doll and sew it tightly along the edge. To keep the hair from getting in the way, tie it in a ponytail.
Now we need to make bangs for the doll. Again, we prepare curls from the threads. We insert one end of the hair into a needle and sew it into the head at the desired location. You can find tutorials online on how to sew in hair. If there are areas on the head where there are not enough hairs, you can sew them in as well.

You can sew or crochet any wardrobe for her to your taste and color.
Here is the trousseau for my little girl.
I crocheted the clothes from scraps of different yarn, so I can’t tell you the consumption and name. Dolls made from different yarns turn out to be different sizes, so I have to adjust the clothes each time.
Here is a rough diagram of the dress and its underskirt.
I crocheted the poncho with raglan using needles. The hat is like a regular hat made with double crochet stitches. The panties are made like a diaper; there are tutorials on the internet for infants, you just need to reduce the size.
