Row 4 - 24 dc, (1 dc, inc) *5, 24 dc, sc the edge, where it connects with the first dc change the yarn color to blue and sc the fabric with single crochet. Fold, sc the sides from the inside with sc, thus connecting the sides of the bag. Attach the yarn to the sides and sc it with single crochet, forming the handle. Turn it inside out. 
Crochet a bow: in k.a. 3 ch, 3 dc, 3 ch, sl st, 3 ch, 3 dc, 3 ch, sl st, pull tight. Sew the bow to the bag. You can sew a bead to the bow. 

Stage 7. Assembly. 
Sew the head to the body. Sew the hair - tresses to the head with three rows. Sew the hat on top. The doll is ready.
