We start by making a chain of air stitches.

First row. After making four air stitches for the rise, we knit a puff stitch from 3 extended stitches into the third stitch of the initial chain. We make 3 air stitches and create a puff stitch on top of the first puff stitch.

 Without closing the stitches of this puff stitch, we leave them on the hook and knit 2 more puff stitches (one in the 3rd stitch of the initial chain and the other in the 7th). Now we pull the thread through all the stitches on the hook.

Next, we continue knitting in the same way: first 3 air stitches, then 3 puff stitches. At the end of the row, we knit 2 puff stitches and a double crochet stitch in the last stitch. 

Second row again begins with four air stitches for the rise, then we knit 3 more air stitches and 3 puff stitches: the first in the 4th rise stitch, the second in the double crochet stitch of the first row, the third in the center of the "star" (see photo).  Then pull the thread through all the puff stitches.

After knitting two rows, you will get such a pattern. Then repeat the first and second rows.

The main thing in knitting such bags is the correct choice of yarn and hook, as well as a skillful combination of beautiful accessories.
