Knitting sundresses for girls!

Yarnart Yarn Cotton Soft (like Jeans, but thinner). I knitted with three threads, the hook was probably 3.5. I used almost one skein for the ruffles and almost another one for the top. The size is probably 86. My niece is a little over two years old, but she is miniature. Around the hips it was about 50 cm, the top shrank a bit.

Here is the ruffle scheme. I took it from a napkin from a Polish magazine, I think. I modified it a bit, the colored circles indicate how. I knitted the ruffles in the outer half-loop, and continued the fabric in the back half-loop. I have 6 rapports of ruffle on 96 stitches. Between the ruffles, there are 6 rows in a different color. The middle ruffle is in a checkerboard pattern
