Knitting a sun hat for a girl

According to scheme 1, make the center of the flower with yellow yarn. Then knit 12 petals according to scheme 2 with white yarn. Connect all the petals together as follows: when the last petal is completed, without breaking the yarn, take the 1st petal and crochet it around three sides with single crochet stitches.

(one long side, rounding, and one long side). Connect all the petals together sequentially one after the other. When the entire daisy is crocheted around the edge, complete the second round of edging with single crochet stitches. Sew the center to the middle of the daisy. Crochet the edges of the daisy petals:

1st round - 10 chain stitches between the petals, 2 single crochet stitches at the tip of the petal;
2nd round - 3 chain stitches for rising, crochet a filet mesh, alternating 2 chain stitches and 1 double crochet stitch throughout the row;
3rd round - 3 chain stitches for rising, 2 double crochet stitches under the arch of the previous row, 1 double crochet stitch in the column of the previous row, 2 chain stitches, 1 double crochet stitch in the same column of the previous row, 2 double crochet stitches in the next arch of the previous row, 1 double crochet stitch in the column of the previous row, 2 chain stitches, and so on to the end of the row;
4th round - filet mesh (as in the 2nd round). Crochet the crown of the hat with the pattern shown in fig. 3. The number of rows depends on the desired size of the product. Crochet approximately 16 rows. For a complete hat, crochet 11 daisies with 9 petals each.

To create the brim, connect 11 daisies during their execution. Next, start connecting the brims and the crown of the hat with a hook or needle and thread. Connect the petals at the edge of the product with neat chains of chain stitches as well as with single crochet stitches.

To connect 11 daisies for the brims, this should be done during their knitting. To ensure the daisies are properly arranged in a circle, make a template according to the circumference size and connect the daisies on this template. Once all 11 daisies are knitted and connected, proceed to connect the brims and the crown of the hat. Choose a comfortable method for you and connect the parts with a hook or needle and thread. At the edge of the hat, connect the petals together with chains of chain stitches and single crochet stitches.

This base is the top of the hat
