1st row (knit): (3 purl, 2 knit together, yarn over, 1 knit, 1 purl, 1 knit, yarn over, pass (= 1 st slip, 1 knit, pass the slipped st over), 3 purl) to the end of the row.

8th row: (1 knit, (1 twisted knit, 1 purl) 2 times, 3 knit, (1 purl, 1 twisted knit) 2 times, 1 knit) to the end of the row.

These 8 rows form the pattern.

Knit straight in pattern until 17 (18, 19) cm from the start of the work, ending with a purl row.

Next row: 10 (16, 20) knit, 3 knit together 45 (41, 38) times, 2 knit together, 9 (15, 20) knit, = 65 (73, 79) sts.

Switch to 3.75 mm needles and knit ribbing as follows:

1st row (purl): 1 purl, (1 knit, 1 purl) to the end of the row.

2nd row: 1 knit, (1 purl, 1 knit) to the end of the row.

Repeat these 2 rows and knit straight for 3 cm until 20 (21, 22) cm from the start of the work, ending with a purl row. **

Switch to 4 mm needles and knit the pattern as described for the skirt, knitting the outermost 0 (4, 7) sts in stockinette stitch with 5 pattern repeats between them, AT THE SAME TIME, close for the armhole:

Close 4 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows, and 2 sts at the beginning of the next row.

Decrease 1 st from each end on the next row and every 2nd row, until 49 (51, 53) sts remain, ending with a purl row.

Continue straight in pattern until 28 (30, 32) cm from the start of the work, ending with a purl row.

Next row: close 7 sts, knit in pattern for the next 10 sts, close the next 13 (15, 17) sts, then knit in pattern to the end of the row.

Continue on the last sts, close 7 sts at the beginning of the next row, 4 sts at the beginning of the next 2nd row, and then close the remaining 7 sts.

Join the yarn from the neckline to the remaining sts and finish symmetrically to the first side.

 FRONT

Knit as for the back between ** **.

Next row: switch to 4 mm needles and knit the pattern, distributing the sts as for the back, and knit the next row as follows: close 4 sts, knit in pattern for the next 27 (31, 34) sts, close the next st, then knit in pattern to the end of the row.

Now knit on the last sts, close for the armhole as for the back, and decrease 1 st from the neckline side every 2nd row 10 (11, 12) times, AT THE SAME TIME, when the length of the front reaches the same length as the back before starting the shoulder, close for the shoulder as described above.

Join the yarn from the neckline to the remaining sts and finish symmetrically to the first side.

Close 4 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows, 3 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows and 2 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows.

Knit straight for 0 (1, 2) rows, then decrease 1 st from each end every 3rd row 4 times, then knit straight for 0 (1, 2) rows.

Close 2 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows, 3 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows and 4 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows. Close the remaining 21 sts.

Knit the second piece accordingly.

COLLAR

Using 3.25 mm needles, cast on 41 (45, 49) sts and knit garter stitch for 9 cm, ending with a purl row.

Next row: 10 knit, close 21 (23, 25) sts, then knit knit to the end of the row.

Now knit on these last sts, keeping the side edge straight, decrease 1 st from the neckline side every 4th row until 2 sts remain, ending with a purl row.

Knit 2 sts together, then cut the yarn and pull tight.

Join the yarn from the neckline and finish symmetrically to the first side.

Tie a bow at this point with the satin ribbon. Sew the right edge of the insert. On the other side of the insert, sew the buttons for fastening. Do not steam. Hide all yarn ends.
