Row 4: 2 knit, 1 increase, 14 knit, 1 increase, 3 knit, 1 increase, 14 knit, 1 increase, 2 knit
Row 5: 39 knit
Row 6: 3 knit, 1 increase, 14 knit, 1 increase, 5 knit, 1 increase, 14 knit, 1 increase, 3 knit
Row 7: 43 knit
Row 8: 4 knit, 1 increase, 14 knit, 1 increase, 7 knit, 1 increase, 14 knit, 1 increase, 4 knit
Rows 9-17: knit all stitches. In the row, there are 47 stitches

To knit the second strap, tie the yarn at the base of the 21 stitches we bound off and start knitting on the purl side
