The sole is knitted in garter stitch. Cast on 40 stitches. Row 1 and 2 - all stitches knit. Starting from the 3rd row, you need to increase in every second row 4 times by 4 stitches (one stitch at the edges and two stitches in the middle). The new stitch is added from the wraps between the stitches. Before knitting the wrap, twist it to avoid a hole and make the knitting tighter. Lift the wrap between the stitches, twist it and knit. Row 3 - 1 edge stitch, 1 stitch increase knit, 18 knit, 1 stitch increase knit, 2 knit, 1 increase knit, 18 knit, 1 increase knit, 1 edge stitch. Row 4 - all knit. Decorate the booties to your taste.
