Strawberry hat. Gift this wonder to your daughter!

The size of the sun hat is for a head circumference of 46-48 cm (I knitted tightly), yarn "Pehorka Azhurnaya", 280m/50g, 100% cotton (colors white, yellow, green, red) knitted with 2 strands (consumption: a little from each ball, only more than half of the green).

Hook No. 2, and No. 1.5 (for edging the berries with white yarn), 150 white beads for decorating the berries (25 on each berry, previously strung on a thread).

1. The bottom of the sun hat – the central flower was knitted according to scheme No. 1
A ring of chain stitches and 2 rows with yellow yarn, 3rd and 4th rows with white yarn, 5th row and subsequent rows with green yarn.

2. Then from each petal of the flower, a leaf (total of 6 pieces) is knitted according to scheme No. 2 starting from the 6th row. The bottom is knitted with increases up to the 18th row. In total, we get 180 stitches – 6 wedges of 30 stitches each.

3. Then without increases, continue according to scheme No. 3, and starting from the 28th row, knit with red yarn (on which I previously strung white beads, arranged in a checkerboard pattern on each berry).

4. Brim. Large Scheme No. 4. 38th row – with red yarn, 39th and 40th rows – with yellow yarn, 41st and 42nd – with white yarn according to the scheme.

5. Edging the berries. This is done after completing the work. I edged the berries along the contour with white yarn (with 1 strand) using hook No. 1.5, making arches of 5 chain stitches, attaching them to the edge, to the beginning and end of each double crochet stitch.
