Fashionable, charming fox hood for the whole family is knitted in no time from bulky yarn and without seams. Fun ties in the shape of fox paws tighten for a snug fit and warmth. The Clever Fox Hood is the perfect option to keep warm on cold days and look cute.
*****
The Clever Fox Hood is knitted seamlessly from the bottom up, starting with a collar knit in the round. Then the work is divided and knitted back and forth in stockinette stitch, while the drawstring casing is knitted simultaneously using double knitting. The shaping is done using the shadow short rows method developed by Alice Yu, while a different partial knitting method - wrap and turn - is used at the crown with garter stitch. However, you can replace these partial knitting techniques with your favorite method. The stitches at the top of the hood are closed using 3 needles, and the ears are shaped simultaneously.
