Girl's cap with ruffles

Bonnet for a girl with ruffles   Materials: yarn "Children's acrylic" - 50 g/140 m; needles No. 3 and hook No. 3.    Age - 9 -12 months.   For a head circumference of 45 cm  cast on 82 stitches and knit a double hollow ribbing 4 cm high, then switch to the pattern.   Pattern: Row 1: 1 purl, *1 knit, slip 1 to a spare needle in front of the work, 1 knit, then knit the knit stitch from the spare needle, 2 purl, and so on to the end, before the edge stitch 1 purl. Row 2: as per the pattern.    At a height of 15 cm, we start knitting the bottom.   To start the bottom: continuing the fabric, gradually decrease every 8 stitches, 7 stitches, etc. by knitting 2 together, just as we decrease the toe on socks, when there are 20 stitches left on the needles, gather them on a thread and pull tight. Then make a seam at the back, but not all the way to the end of the fabric.   Knitting the frill.   Crochet stitches in a circle and in the next row from each stitch make 4 double crochets, in the next row - 3 double crochets. And that's it.
