
Ingredients:
-Chicken egg — 1 pc
-Milk — 5 tbsp
-Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
-Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp
-Granulated sugar (4 tbsp for sponge cake, 3 tbsp for cream) — 7 tbsp
-Wheat flour — 3 tbsp
-Starch — 1 tbsp
-Baking powder — 1 tsp
-Cherry (pitted) — 100 g
-Sour cream — 150 g
-Chocolate (for sprinkling)
In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar with a fork.
Then add cocoa.
Flour, starch (if there is no starch, you can safely add only 4 tbsp of flour) and baking powder, mix well.
Then add vegetable oil and milk.
Stir until you get a liquid batter.
Pour the batter into a bowl (at least 500 ml in volume), placing parchment paper on the bottom. Put it in the microwave for exactly 3 minutes at maximum power (1000 W). You can also make it in portions by pouring the batter into cups.
That's it!!! The sponge cake is ready, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with coffee or tea.
I decided to go further: I cut the sponge cake into 3 parts and spread whipped sour cream with sugar and cherry between the layers. I sprinkled grated chocolate on top.
