Dough:
- 9 egg whites
- 1 and 1/2
cups of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding
sugar and vanilla sugar at the end. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder and the vegetable oil. Gently mix everything together. Divide the dough
into 4 equal parts and add to each of them
I - 4 egg yolks and 2
tablespoons of flour
II - 1 tablespoon of cocoa
III - cherry
gelatin 1 pack
IV - 3 tablespoons of dry poppy seeds
Line the form (25x35 cm) with
baking paper and pour 2 tablespoons of any dough in the center. Pour 2 tablespoons of dough of another color in the center again, and so on
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 180 °C. Let it cool, cut it into 2 layers.
Filling:

400 g of cream cheese or sour cream
- 5 packs of colored
gelatin
4 packs of gelatin dissolve in hot water separately.
When set, cut into cubes. Then dissolve the fifth pack of gelatin, cool it. Pour it into the cheese or sour cream, adding the gelatin
cubes. When the mixture starts to thicken, spread it on the cake layer and cover with
the second layer. Chill in the refrigerator
