Despite the simplicity of preparation, the cake turns out to be very tender and airy.

 



Ingredients:
For the dough :
Granulated sugar – 2 cups
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Chicken eggs – 10 pcs.
Cocoa – 2 tbsp

For the cream:
Sour cream – 300 g
Granulated sugar – 150 g

For the glaze:
Butter – 40 g
Cocoa – 3 tbsp
Sour cream – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 4 tbsp
1. Prepare the dough. For this, beat the eggs with sugar until white, then add the flour and beat again.
2. Divide the dough in half. In one part, add cocoa and mix.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the light dough into a greased mold and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Once ready, do not take the dough out of the oven immediately to prevent the biscuit from sinking.
4. Pour the dark dough into the mold and repeat the same steps.
5. Prepare the cream: in a bowl, beat the sour cream with the sugar using a mixer.
6. To make the glaze, mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring. Do not let the mixture boil.
7. Carefully cut each cake layer in half. Generously spread cream on each part, and stack as follows: dark layer, light layer, dark, light.
8. Cover the top and sides of the cake with glaze.
Decorate to your taste, you can use chopped walnuts, create a spider web, or sprinkle with grated white and dark chocolate, in general, be creative
