Ingredients

6 eggs

8 tbsp sugar,

150 g dark chocolate,

20 g butter.

Filling 1

50 g boiled condensed milk,

50 g butter.

Cream

250 g cream (more than 33%),

Sugar 3 tbsp (I used 1 tbsp powdered sugar),

Vanilla,

1 packet of cream thickener, 

75 g dark chocolate,

40 g butter (I used 30 ml milk)

Removable form 24 cm

Method of preparation


Beat the eggs with sugar until white and until the mass increases several times (about 15 minutes)

Add melted chocolate with butter, mix thoroughly and pour into a form lined with oiled paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cool down (the dough will sink a lot, don’t be scared) and remove from the mold. Remove the formed top crust and save it for sprinkling the sides.

Beat the condensed milk with butter and spread it on top of the cake layer.

Whip the cream with sugar, vanilla, and thickener into a fluffy mass, spread a thick layer over the condensed milk. Lightly coat the sides and sprinkle with crumbs from the cake.

Melt the chocolate with butter (milk), mix thoroughly, cool to room temperature, and pour over the top of the cake.

The cake does not require time for soaking, it can be served immediately, or wait until the ganache sets.
I slightly changed the proportions and baked in a 21 cm mold. In the original, the filling contains 500 g of condensed milk, it seemed to me that this was too much and sweet, so I changed the amount of filling.
The cake turned out to be very tender, simply melting in the mouth! Enjoy!
