INGREDIENTS:
Bitter chocolate – 200 g,
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp.,
Butter – 150 g,
Eggs – 4 pcs.,
Sugar – 200 g
, Vanilla essence or vanillin – 3 packets,
Flour – 100
g, Salt – 1/4 tsp.,
Nuts (walnuts, peanuts, almonds) – half a cup.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a square baking dish in the center of the oven, previously greased with butter. Chop the nuts finely. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate. Pour water into a larger container, place it on the fire, and bring to a boil. Place the saucepan with butter and chocolate over the water bath and, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a liquid, gooey consistency, then remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add cocoa powder, sugar, and vanillin to the mixture and mix well. Add the eggs one by one and, whisking thoroughly, mix the chocolate mass. Add salt, flour, and nuts. Pour the resulting chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes. You can check for doneness with a toothpick: dip the tip of the toothpick into the chocolate mixture, and if the toothpick comes out slightly moist and with pieces of chocolate – the brownies are ready. Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool. Serve the chocolate brownies at room temperature or chilled in the refrigerator.
You can drizzle with hot sauce:
1/2 cup (125ml) cream
150g dark chocolate,
cut into small pieces marshmallow.
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, heat, stirring not to boil, but until melted.
