"I usually bake 2 layers: light and dark. This time I made 3, cut each in half and formed 2 cakes, one in the shape of a butterfly (as seen in the photo next to it) as a gift and the other for my family.

1st layer: Beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of sugar + 1 cup of sour cream + 1.5 cups of flour + 10 g of baking powder. Mix everything, pour into a greased pan (I don't grease, but line it with parchment paper), bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

2nd layer: the same ingredients + 2 tablespoons of cocoa.

For the cream: 2.5 cups of milk; 0.5 cup of sugar; 4 tablespoons of flour; 1 egg; 100 g of butter.

Boil half of the milk and sugar; separately beat the remaining milk with flour and egg and gently introduce it into the hot milk with sugar. Reduce the heat, constantly stirring until thickened, cool and beat with butter.

Cut the layers in half, trim the edges for crumbs, spread cream on each layer, form the cake.

The cream can be different: 1 can of condensed milk + 250 g of butter."
