Ingredients:

• Wheat flour 200 grams;
• Salt a pinch;
• Butter 130 grams;
• Eggs 5 pieces;
• Cold water 300 grams;
For the cream:
• Sour cream 450 grams;
• Sugar 1 cup;
• Chocolate 1 bar;
• Thickener 1 package;

Preparation:

• Sift the flour through a sieve and add salt. In a saucepan, bring the butter and water to a boil, immediately add the flour to the boiling water, mix with a mixer until the dough pulls away from the sides of the saucepan. When the dough cools, add the eggs and knead well; it will not become smooth. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
• Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place a pot of water at the bottom of the oven to create steam.
• Be sure to grease the baking sheet with oil and place parchment paper on it.
• Take a pastry syringe (if not, use a very thick plastic bag and make a hole in it) and transfer the dough. Squeeze out thin sausages, 6-7 centimeters long.
• Bake in the oven until golden brown, then cool.
• Make the cream. Whip the sour cream with sugar, add the thickener to the sour cream, and mix.
• Dip the sausages in the sour cream and place them on a plate in a pile, drizzling them with sour cream. Sprinkle the finished pile with grated chocolate.
