This cake looks not only very
appetizing but also quite intriguing: how did they manage to achieve such a neat
alternation of white and pinkish-purple stripes? There is no secret here,
read our recipe, and you will learn how to make a luxurious striped cake,
and without baking.
To prepare the cake, you will need:
• 200 g
of cookies
• 100 g of butter
• 500 g of sour cream
• 500 g of cottage cheese
•
400 g of sugar
• 200 g of cream
• 2 tablespoons of gelatin
• 200 g
of blueberries
Preparation time: 60 minutes.
A quick cottage cheese and berry cake
is prepared as follows:
1. Crush the cookies, mix them with melted butter
and lay them evenly on the bottom of a springform pan. Place in the refrigerator
to set.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the cream: beat the cottage cheese, sugar, and
sour cream into a homogeneous mass.
3. Blend the blueberries in a blender.
4. Divide
the cottage cheese mixture into two parts so that one part is a quarter smaller than
the other; add the blueberry mixture to the smaller part and mix.
5. Dissolve
the gelatin according to the instructions.
6. Heat the cream without boiling, add
the gelatin and stir. Then divide this mixture in half and add to both halves of the
cream.
7. Take the form out of the refrigerator, lay a ring of parchment along
the edge and start adding the filling: alternately four tablespoons of white, then four
tablespoons of blueberry filling. After that, run a stick through the cake at equal
intervals to give it an original look.
8. Place the cake in the refrigerator until
fully set. Before serving, remove the ring and decorate as desired.
