
Ingredients
Marshmallows - 400 g.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Crumbly cookies - 400 g.
Sugar - 0.5 cup.
Milk - 1 cup.
Butter - 200 g.
lemon - 1 pc. (zest)
Cocoa - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation
Step 1 Cut the marshmallows in half and arrange them in a mold.
Step 2 Break the eggs into a separate container and whisk them with sugar.
Step 3 Crumble the cookies, add them to the egg-sugar mixture.
Step 4 Pour the resulting mixture with milk and cook, stirring constantly, until a thick mass forms, then cool.
Step 5 Place the butter in a container. Wash the lemon, grate the zest finely, mix it with the butter.
Step 6 Add the previously cooled mass and mix again.
Step 7 In a muffin tin, place part of the cream from the cookies, then the halves of the marshmallows, and cover the marshmallows again with a layer of cream from the cookies.
