Grape Cake (no-bake)http://klubok.work/4/138/4109/Klubok

Sour cream with at least 20% fat — 700 g
Cracker (with poppy seeds, small "crunch") — 300 g
Raisins (pre-soaked) — 100 g
Chocolate (any) — 200 g (I used milk "Milka")
Gelatin (instant) — 25 g
Jelly (dry in packets - green color) — 90 g
White grapes for decoration
Granulated sugar — 1 cup (230g)
Vanilla sugar — 1 packet.
First, dissolve the gelatin in 150 ml of hot water. Let it cool. Dissolve the jelly according to the instructions in 300 ml of hot water. Let it cool as well.
Break the cracker in half. You can use other crackers, larger in size (chocolate, soft), then break them into several pieces.
Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces with a knife.
In a bowl or pot, pour in the sour cream, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and whip well.
When the mixture is whipped, add the cooled gelatin and whip again.
Add the cracker and soaked raisins to the bowl with the sour cream. Mix well.
Take a springform pan (mine is 24 cm in diameter). Spread 1/3 of our cream in it. Carefully sprinkle it with chocolate.
On top of the chocolate, add another layer of cream and sprinkle it with chocolate again.
Then add the remaining mixture.
Put the pan in the refrigerator to set.
While the cream is setting, take the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds (I had small seedless grapes, so I didn't cut them).
On the set cake, beautifully arrange the grapes and pour the cooled jelly over it, then put it back in the refrigerator until fully set. Then take it out, cut it, and enjoy the delicious dessert!!!
