Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 1% Kefir 0.5 liters
mixed with
- 2 tsp. of baking soda warmed up to be
slightly warm.
- Add 2 cups of sifted flour and
- 2 cups of sugar.
- 2
eggs and
- 8 tablespoons of cocoa.
Preparation:
Mix well. I
whipped it manually. The dough is quite liquid. Pour the dough to make thin
cakes (see 2-3). Bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes for each cake, checking
with a toothpick to ensure it comes out dry and clean. I got 8 cakes. I used a
round form (for sponge cake, removable). The diameter is about 25 cm.
For
the cream:
Boil 1.5 cups of milk with sugar.
Beat the remaining milk with
the egg and flour until smooth and gently introduce the resulting mixture into the
boiling milk with sugar. Reduce the heat and stir constantly for 7-8 minutes until
the cream thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Then add
unsalted butter at room temperature and whip (preferably in a blender). Grease the
cakes. The top cake as well.
