1 1/3 cups of flour
3/4 cup of sugar 1 tbsp.
1/2 tsp. of baking soda
1/4 tsp. of salt
120 g of butter
2 tbsp. of cocoa
3/4 cup of Coca-Cola
1 egg
1/2 cup of kefir
1 tsp. of vanilla essence
For the glaze:
3/4 cup of heavy cream
200 g of dark chocolate, chopped into pieces

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
2. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour with sugar, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a saucepan over low heat, mix the butter with sifted cocoa and Coca-Cola and keep on the heat until the butter melts.
4. Pour the butter mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix well until smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the egg with kefir and vanilla essence, add to the flour mixture, and stir.
Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and place it in the oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
*To check for doneness: a wooden toothpick inserted into the center of the cake should come out dry.
6. Prepare the glaze. Bring the cream to a boil and pour it over the chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until you get a thick, smooth, and shiny glaze. Spread it over the top and sides of the cake.

Warning: under no circumstances should you substitute Coca-Cola with diet soda! The cake will fall apart!
