Miracle Cake

Ingredients:
- ready-made biscuit or we bake it ourselves
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 15 g vanilla sugar
- 150 ml ready-made sweet coffee
- 500 ml homemade sour cream
- 230 g sugar (preferably powdered)
- a packet of vanillin
- fruits of your choice for decoration

Preparation:
1. The cake is made very quickly and tastes great!
2. Take the ready-made biscuit or bake it ourselves. Soak the first layer in coffee with sugar and spread sour cream frosting (SOUR CREAM WHIPPED WITH SUGAR AND VANILLIN).
3. Cut the remaining biscuit into cubes or triangles, whichever you prefer.
4. Dip each piece in the frosting and pile them up.
5. Pour the remaining frosting on top (THE MORE FROSTING, THE TASTIER) sprinkle with crumbs from the biscuit and decorate with strawberries and kiwi.
