Amazing soft, tender cake! It just melts in
your mouth.
For the batter:
flour 1.5 cups
sugar 1.5 cups
cocoa 1-2 tsp.
eggs 2 pcs.
kefir (or matzun) 0.25 liters
baking soda 1 tsp.
vinegar 1 tsp.
For the cream:
Butter 1.5 packs
condensed milk 1 can
cream 500g.

1. Beat the butter with condensed milk.
2. Mix cocoa, sugar, and flour. Beat the eggs, add kefir, sprinkle in the baking soda, and add vinegar. Combine both parts.
Grease the form with butter, pour in the batter to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. Bake at 180°C for about 6-10 minutes. If the form is large, you will get two layers; if the form is small, it should yield three.
3. As soon as the first layer is out, remove it from the form and spread with butter cream. After it cools, make a border with the butter cream and place it in the fridge.
Spread the second layer with butter cream as well.
4. Whip the cream until peaks form.
5. Sprinkle the first layer with chopped prunes, spread with cream, sprinkle with nuts, and cover with the second layer.
6. Coat the entire cake with cream, sprinkle with nuts, and make roses.
