Very tasty, tender, juicy, fluffy, definitely
bake for everyone!
For the dough
Butter or margarine - 100 g
Eggs - 2 pcs
Condensed milk - 1 can
Baking soda (quenched) - 1 tsp or baking powder - 2 tsp
Flour - 8 tbsp
Cocoa - 1 tbsp
For the cream
Sour cream 20% - 600 - 700 g
Sugar - 100 g
1. Combine softened butter with eggs, whisk
2. Add condensed milk, whisk
3. Quench the baking soda with vinegar, add to the dough, whisk
4. Sift the flour into the dough, mix
5. Divide the finished dough into two parts.
The dough should be like thick sour cream
6. In one of the parts add sifted cocoa, mix.
And we start baking our layers at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depends on the oven)
While the layers are baking, we prepare the cream
Combine sour cream and sugar and whisk a little.
Cut the finished layers in half. And trim the sides
Each layer is pierced with a fork (except for the bottom one) and spread with cream.
And so we spread all the layers and the sides.
The trimmings are crushed into crumbs (by hand)
And sprinkle our entire cake with it.
Put it in the fridge overnight and it will be ready in the morning.
If you want to decorate the cake with icing, here is the recipe below:
For the icing
Butter - 50 g
Milk - 2 tbsp
Cocoa - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Mix all ingredients. Put on the heat. As soon as it boils, remove from the stove. Let it cool.
