Honey Biscuithttp://klubok.work/4/138/6768/Klubok

This very tasty tender biscuit has a moderate honey aroma and melts in your mouth! It rises excellently, does not fall, has no dome, and is extremely simple to prepare!

Ingredients:

- 6 eggs,
- 160 g sugar,
- 2 tbsp honey,
- 190 g flour.

Preparation:

Beat the eggs, sugar, and honey until you get a dense white mass. No less than 10 minutes. The volume should roughly increase by about 4 times!
Then, gently add the flour and mix from the bottom up. Bake at 170-180°C. Check for readiness with a skewer. Cool in the form!

Beat the eggs, sugar, and honey until you get a dense white mass. No less than 10 minutes. The volume should roughly increase by about 4 times! Then, gently add the flour and mix from the bottom up.

Pour the batter into a form lined with baking paper. Don’t forget to twist it a couple of times in any direction right before baking (to ensure the surface is level). Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C. Check for readiness with a skewer. Cool in the form!

Then run a knife along the walls and place the biscuit on the table. Cut the layer into 3 parts. Spread the layers with boiled condensed milk (you can whip the condensed milk with butter (150 g) or with sour cream).
The top layer should not be spread with cream. We will pour chocolate glaze over it and sprinkle a little nuts in the center. No need to wait for it to soak; you can eat it right away.
