Ingredients
Kefir (250 ml) — 1 cup.
Soda (without a heap, no need to extinguish) — 1 tsp.
Sugar (can be less) — 1 cup.
Flour (250 ml) — 1 cup.
Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp.

The cake is made easily and simply!
First of all, turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Take two containers.
In the first, pour kefir + soda (no need to extinguish, the kefir will do that).
In the second - sugar, flour, and cocoa.

Mix kefir with soda. Mix the dry ingredients.

Combine the first mixture with the second - a medium-thick brown batter will result.

Take a mold - grease it with vegetable oil. If it's silicone, there's no need to grease at all!

The diameter of my mold is 29 cm. I baked in other molds too - then it turns out higher)

Pour our batter into it, level it out.
Put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees - for 25 minutes.
(Adjust according to your oven - check with a wooden skewer periodically!)
You can also bake in a multicooker - "baking" mode - about 45 minutes)

Take it out of the oven! Here’s such a beauty!
I should say right away, that my mold is quite wide, so in a narrower mold, it will be taller!

Now spread the cream. I have sour cream with sugar/confectioners' sugar.
Sprinkle cocoa on top!

But this is your flight of fancy: any cream, jam, condensed milk, chocolate, icing, etc.
can be topped with nuts, coconut flakes, candied fruits, decorate as you wish!

Put it in the refrigerator to cool and soak!
