DELICIOUS CAKE "SOUR CREAM QUEEN" Ingredients: for one layer 2 eggs 250 g of sour cream (I had 42%) 2/3 cup of sugar (you can use less) 2 tsp of starch (a full spoon with a slight mound) 1/2 packet of baking powder 7 tbsp of sifted flour (a spoon with a slight mound) a pinch of salt Preparation: 1. You can have 3-4-5 layers (depending on how many fillings you have in these layers) 2. I had 4: fried salted peanuts, poppy seeds, cocoa, and coconut flakes 3. for the cream - 1 kg of sour cream, 250 g of powdered sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar 4. I baked in a preheated oven on a non-stick baking sheet. If baking on a regular one, be sure to line it with greased paper, otherwise, the layer won't come off. Carefully remove it and only when it's hot. 5. Spread the cream on the hot layer, so to speak, for soaking. Keep the remaining cream in the refrigerator. When the layer and the noticeably soaked cream cool down, apply the cream from the refrigerator in a thicker layer on top. Repeat this with all layers. I sprinkled the top with almond flakes.
