Cake "Graph's Ruins"

To make the cake "Graph's Ruins" you need the following products:

Dough: 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of sugar, 1.5 cups of flour, 1.5 tsp of baking soda, 2 eggs.

Glaze: 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of sour cream, 1 tsp of cocoa, and 20 g of butter.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough, beat, and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Separate 1/3 of the dough, add 1 tbsp of cocoa to the remaining dough and mix.

Bake 1 light and 2 dark layers.

Place 1 dark layer on a plate, cut the others into random shapes (diamond, square, triangle).

Whip 0.5 l of sour cream with 1 cup of sugar.

Pierce the base with a fork and spread with cream.

Dip each piece in cream, place on the base, forming the ruins.

Cook the glaze: 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of sour cream, 1 tsp of cocoa, and 20 g of butter. Cook and cool. Pour over the cake. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more for soaking.
