Ingredients and preparation: In a saucepan, place 100 g of margarine, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and set on low heat, stirring, cook for about 10 minutes, until brown. Remove from heat, add 200 g of sour cream, mix well, and beat in 2 eggs. Whisk the mixture and add 2 cups of flour. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. When the cake cools, cut it in half and lengthwise across the entire surface. Stack the layers on top of each other and trim the edges evenly. Make crumbs from the trimmings. Coat the layers with whipped cream mixed with sugar. 400 g of cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Also coat the edges with cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
