CAKE

 

Ingredients:

DOUGH:

5 eggs,
1 cup of sugar,
1 cup of flour
1 tsp of baking soda (slaked)
3 tbsp of cocoa

Filling:
1 can of condensed milk (GOST)
150 g of butter.
fruits (bananas, apples, pears, kiwis, grapes or something to your taste) you can add dried apricots, prunes, nuts. 

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with sugar, add baking soda. then add flour. Finally, add cocoa. pour into the pan and place in the oven at 200°C. when ready, carefully remove from the mold and cool. then cut off the top thin layer of the biscuit (this will be the lid of the box) and carefully remove the inside part of the biscuit and mix with the cream (whip the condensed milk with butter and add finely chopped fruits). Place the filling in the box and cover with the lid. Decorate the top as desired.
