  5 eggs

Beat the eggs, honey, sugar, and baking soda with a mixer, then add a cup of flour and
beat more until the dough resembles thick sour cream. I divide the layers into 4. Bake at 180 ° for about 10 minutes, depending on the oven. Cream: • 0.7 l. Cream • 250 g sugar • packs of vanilla sugar. • cherries in their own juice 0.5. Whip the cream into a fluffy thick mass. Spread the cream on the cooled layers and place the cherries.

Let it sit for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
PS: instead of cherries, you can use banana, but brush with lemon juice to prevent it from
turning black, as well as canned peaches. Not all children like cherries. I also make a roll with condensed milk and a whole banana using this recipe.
