
Ingredients:
300 g chicken fillet
300 g canned pineapples
150 g boiled rice
1 can of corn (380g)
salt
mayonnaise
Preparation:
Boil the fillet until cooked (about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool.
Finely chop.
Cut the pineapples into small pieces.
Mix the fillet, pineapples, rice, corn, and a little salt.
Dress with mayonnaise.
Let it sit for 1-2 hours
