
Ingredients:
* 300 grams of boiled chicken fillet
* three eggs
* 100 grams of prunes
* 70 grams of cheese
* mayonnaise
* fresh cucumber
Preparation:
Soak the prunes in advance until soft. Cut the chicken into small pieces, lay it out in an even circle and spread mayonnaise on top.
Finely chop the cucumber.
Place the cucumber on the chicken, spread with mayonnaise.
Separate the yolks and whites, finely chop the yolks.
Spread the yolks on the cucumbers, then the finely grated cheese, and spread with mayonnaise.
Using a toothpick, mark a "wave" in the center of the salad, and circles with a stack.
Finely chop the prunes and place them tightly on one half of the salad and in the opposite circle.
Grate the whites finely and place them similarly on the second half of the salad and in the second circle.
