Ingredients:
-Boiled squid fillet – 300g
-Olives – 80-100g
-1 large bell pepper
-Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
-Beans (boiled) – 250g
-Eggs – 5 pcs.
-Smoked suluguni cheese ("braid") – 120g
-Mayonnaise, salt, a bunch of parsley

Preparation:
Boil the eggs until done, cool, peel (leave one egg for decoration), grate on a fine grater.
Cut the egg for decoration in half, remove the yolk from the "sharp" half (grate the yolk into the salad with the other eggs), prepare a strong tea brew (I take two bags of black tea for 300 ml of water), pour the brew into a small pot, place the half egg without yolk in the brew, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 4-5 minutes, remove the "cap" with a slotted spoon from the pot, cool and "dress" it on the other half of the egg.
Wash the cucumbers, dry, and cut into cubes.
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, wash again, dry, and cut into cubes.

Finely chop the squid fillet, wash the parsley, dry, and finely chop.

Remove the pits from the olives, cut them in half (leave a few olives whole for decoration).

Separate the cheese into thin fibers and cut into not too long strips.

Layer the salad:
1. Beans, mayonnaise
2. Eggs
3. Cucumbers (add a bit of salt), mayonnaise
4. Squid
5. Bell pepper (add a bit of salt), mayonnaise
6. Olives
7. Parsley
8. Cheese (arrange strips all over the surface of the salad)

Decorate the salad with the mushroom made from the egg, whole olives, and parsley leaves.

Put the salad in the refrigerator for an hour.
