Needed:
300g smoked ham
200 g prunes (better to choose the sour ones,
if the prunes are sweet, reduce the portion)
400 g champignons
300 g fresh cucumber
200 g Korean carrots
salt, black ground pepper
mayonnaise
Cooking:
Cut the ham, prunes, and cucumber into strips.
Sauté the champignons with salt and black ground pepper.
Layer everything and spread with mayonnaise:
ham, prunes, mushrooms, cucumber, carrots.
